Your worksheet stays in your browser
Entering figures or notes in the worksheet calculates a proposed adjusted EBITDA in your browser. The site does not automatically submit the worksheet. “Save in this browser” stores the worksheet in this browser’s local storage only when you choose that action. Someone with access to the same browser profile may be able to read saved data. Use “Delete saved draft” to remove that local copy; “Clear” only removes the worksheet currently on screen. Avoid entering confidential seller, employee, patient, account, or other sensitive information.
Optional contact and sharing
If you submit the contact form, your contact details and inquiry go to the existing intake service, which uses n8n to route the request and Supabase to store an intake record. The form includes a separate, unchecked choice to share a worksheet summary. The summary is sent only if you select that choice and submit the form. Contacting us does not approve an adjustment, provide a valuation, create an engagement, or authorize an NDA or data-room access. The form does not request SMS consent.
Source information and hosting
The page keeps allowlisted campaign tags and a cleaned page or referral source in this tab's session storage so a submitted inquiry can be attributed across visits to the site's pages. If you submit an inquiry, this source information accompanies that submission. Contact details are not saved in browser storage by this form. Hosting and intake services may process technical request data needed to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. Linked websites have their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You can use the worksheet without submitting contact details, leave the optional summary box unchecked, clear a locally saved worksheet, or close the page. For a correction, deletion request, or to stop follow-up after a submitted inquiry, use the contact route on the home page and identify AEBITDA.com as the source.
